ABSTRACT

This research work is titled "A Study of the Effect of Office Environment for Secretaries Job Performance" identifying and employing possible techniques applicable and base on the result make recommendation and decision. CHAPTER ONE: INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Behind every successful man there is a woman so runs and adage. Similarly behind any successful organization there must be a competent secretary for smooth and efficient running of the daily business. And a safety measure involves confidence in the workers motivating ten to a greater productivity. This is so because no workers is willing to give his best in an environment that is unsafe and unprotected. Particularly the study attempted to.
